JKB (Jeff’s Kickboxing)

JKB or Jeff’s Kickboxing is a fitness class utilizing the techniques and training methods of Western Boxing and Eastern Muay Thai. Gain speed, strength, and endurance through drills and exercises focused on new and classic methods of these intense martial arts styles. earn the “Art of Eight Limbs” as well as clinch work, foot and hand speed, and general martial arts fitness. You WILL get in shape and become a better, more technical fighter or just have fun training. Whether you want to train to fight or train to lok great, this class will get you there! Beginners and Advanced levels welcome!

Pole Dancing – Reservation Required

Bring heels or bare feet for this fun and trendy workout. For all skill levels, and body types, ages +16! Mini choreographed dance routines that will leave you with both a sense of physical and mental empowerment. Helps to tone your body, increase self-confidence, lose weight, and get in touch with your self-expression.

What would it be like to learn boxing abroad? Maybe it’d be challenging, tough and demanding, but also, electrifying, exciting and loaded with a variety of techniques and language learning.

The Wolves Den presents to you the best of Boxing with a unique touch of Mexican technique: a class taught in a Spanish Immersion setting. Who can attend? Anyone who wants to live the experience of learning boxing and Spanish while working-out. Become a real “Campeón”!
